Blue For You

To continue my tutorials, I have decided to step out of the box by doing a specific color today, which will be blue. Pretty much everyone loves blue; it's a universal color! And by the recommendation of Jenna I am including makeup.

MAKEUP:

1) Start with your base, which should always be mascara, black preferred.

(OPTIONAL) If you have black hair on your medoll you need to turn your eyebrows black.

2) Now apply a light blue color to the innermost point of the eye. I know it looks a little weird right now, but trust me - it will turn out great!

3) And to follow it up use another light blue, but it should be a little darker than the one before it.

4) Next apply the darkest blue you have to the outside eye, lightly coating.

5) Now you need to go over the makeup the closest to the eye with the fat stick to make it darker.

6) Next cover the eye 1/2 around with a white eye pencil to make the eye more noticeable.

7) To compliment the white eye pencil put a layer of a black eye liner the rest of the way around. NOTE: It is okay if it won't let you apply your full black eye liner, it happens(:

8) Now use the black fluid liner to follow up on both pencils. NOTE: Black works the best when doing a blue eye.

9) To make your face look more defined, a good idea would be to add some blush. First apply the brown blush in one covering, then see if it needs more. I use about 2-3 coverings on each side.

10) Also you can change your lip color, or you can keep them the same. Here are some different colors you can use, the lightest one being the best:

Also if you don't have this hair you can easily substitute it. In fact, I think I like this haircut better than the starpoint one!

Now for the OUTFIT:

1) Let's use a blue dress first.

2) If you don't want to just wear the dress, try putting a top over it so it become a two-piece outfit.

3) For your shoes you can do a variety of different things. Boots, booties, studded shoes, hightops, whatever.

OPTIONAL- For a little more texture you can add a vest underneath.

ADD ONS:

1) A beret makes this outfit seem more foreign.

2) Need to make it more flashy? Add a necklace!

3) Don't forget your purse!

4) And what better to compliment a flashy necklace!

5) Want a plain and simple look? All you have to do is add a bracelet. NOTE- It doesn't have to be LE.
