I have worked out what it is!
When the Childline phone was released, it said that if it started ringing, you should answer it.
When i was visiting another Stardollian's suite, i noticed that the phone was ringing! It turns out there is a designing competition!
The prizes are Stardollars, your designs made into Starplaza items, and a trip to meet some designers!
Those 4 dresses are the styles you can design, + buy for non ss $5.

How strange...
Those dresses which we've been seeing in spoilers are now in the Starplaza!
They have very strange labels though...
"Moodiwear"? Anyone know what this is?

"NSPCC 2"?
The only NSPCC i can think of is "The National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children" - they brought out the free Childline phone about a week ago.
But why would they be releasing dresses?
However,
i think they're okay, the fact that they are non ss and $5 helps ;) Which means you can get them 100% free, if you use play & earn!
Will you be getting them? :D
