I have worked out what it is!
When the Childline phone was released, it said that if it started ringing, you should answer it.
When i was visiting another Stardollian's suite, i noticed that the phone was ringing! It turns out there is a designing competition!
The prizes are Stardollars, your designs made into Starplaza items, and a trip to meet some designers!
Those 4 dresses are the styles you can design, + buy for non ss $5.

Those dresses which we've been seeing in spoilers are now in the Starplaza!
They have very strange labels though...
"Moodiwear"? Anyone know what this is?

The only NSPCC i can think of is "The National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children" - they brought out the free Childline phone about a week ago.
But why would they be releasing dresses?
However,
i think they're okay, the fact that they are non ss and $5 helps ;) Which means you can get them 100% free, if you use play & earn!
Will you be getting them? :D

I like the silver dress, but the others are a bit boring - i agree SD Catwalk, they look very simple!
I bought the silver dress though - it's free with play + earn! :P

If they're free maybe the red ones, but the silver/grey ones look way too ugly. I like the shape of the one on the left though, I was hoping it would be in stardesign.
omg i new those were for stardesign, i wonder why they took them back though? is the stardesign still there?

It's just the clothes in the Starplaza that have been removed :)
